Whether you are buying or selling your home, it is always one of the biggest financial and emotional investments of your life. When my parents immigrated from Afghanistan, I saw firsthand the challenges and hardships they faced adjusting to a new country, especially when it came to buying their first home. My parents struggle made a lasting impression on me and since then I was motivated to ensure I become thoroughly educated in the art of real estate and business; not only for myself, but to enlighten others as well. A high priority of mine is being able to disseminate knowledge and information to assist people who are unfamiliar with the business world and real estate.
Born in Texas and a native of Northern Virginia, I graduated with my bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Virginia. Travel, communication, and connecting with people from all walks of life has always been a passion of mine. I possess excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, negotiation, and critical thinking skills. I am highly meticulous about my work and exceeding my clients’ needs and expectations will always take precedence. In my perspective, when buying or selling a home, it is not just a transaction, but a longstanding relationship built on trust between realtor and client.
When I am not engaging in real estate, my professional time is dedicated as a Sr. Business Analyst, Product Owner and Resource Manager. My interests include but are not limited to: self-improvement, traveling (13 countries and counting thus far), hiking, and spending time with my family. I take pride in working with my community and fostering a sound knowledge base in real estate.
